How do you like yours prepared?

This is one helluva fish - and you all know how much we love wetting a line here at Pedro's NYC HQ. This woman caught this gi-normous 63 pound Alaskan King Salmon in the Kenai River in Alaska during a recent fishing tournament that raises money for river conservation (so they go out and kill a bunch of fish?!?). The best part?

SHE DIDN'T EVEN WIN THE TOURNAMENT.

But, the girlfriend and I will have six pieces sashimi, and one spicy salmon roll with scallion. Boo Yah!
